What we do

Six kinds of work, ranked by your report

The test decides the order. Air sealing usually comes first, and some houses never need the rest.

What we don't do

Jobs we send elsewhere

  • Selling or installing heat pumps

A licensed Vermont HVAC installer does that. We hand them the report.

  • Waterproofing and drainage

If water comes in, that gets fixed first, by someone who does it every day.

  • Kitchens, baths and additions

We are a retrofit firm. We can pass you to a remodeler who builds them.

Start with the test

A morning, a fan and a written report. Then you decide.
